I tell you a funny incident and yes it is true. I am old enough to remember it and thought to share with others so here goes....

When Musharraf came in 1999, he impriosned Sharifs in Attock fort. NAB and other cases were on them, inclding the famous plane hijacking case. Sharifs could not gather more than 1000 people anywhere. I remember the night when PTV was temporarily avaliable and BBC reported thart there is a coup. This spread like a fire and I literally saw people distributing sweets like crazily from shops. in the later days, Only Kalssom Nawaz was the one who was doing all the resistance with some 500- 600 people.

The night when Sharifs were pardoned and sent to Jeddah on the insitance of Saudia , under the pretect that they will never come back and take part in politics for 10 years, Kalssom Nawaz was constantly telling people that Sharifs are here and will remian and die here. So much so that even Tehmina Doultana who had always been with Kalssom Nawaz was kept in dark. Sharifs lied again and again and eventually went to Jeddah happily with some 70 suit cases full of jewelery, cash and gold.

This family is habitual liar and shameless . They will die by themselves as soon as they stop lying.

MNS is right. Even he was not aware before reaching Saudi Arabia in 2000 that he done NRO. He was thinking Musharraf asked him to give Autograph which actually was agreement of 10 years out of politics.

All what GHQ asked him was to step down gracefully and let Maryam or Shebaz replace him.
