Will CJ Saqib Nisar be replaced by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa on 19th Jan 2019? CSJ Nisar only has about 3 and a half months left.
Who will replace CJ Sqib Nisar in JAN 2019?

Yes, after Justice Saqib Nisar next in line is Justice Asif Saeed Khosa.
After Justice Khosa Justice Gulzar will take over as CJ.

In fact it should be like USA where apex court justices never retire.
Either they die serving or resign on health grounds.

Very learned, very competent, extremely upright, very honest and a tough judge like the incumbent CJ and Justice Khosa. Does not take any non sense from anyone, follows the law in letter and spirit.
Good news is three of them think same, act same and are buddies.

Just imagine Malik Qayyum (without being exposed) and Shaukat Siddiqui on appex court till the end of their lives!!!
However, maybe a good idea once these black sheeps are flushed out of the system while IK is at the helm...

Hours after the Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to seal the offices of private television channels located in residential sectors, the Supreme Court suspended the IHC’s order on Monday.
Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui of the IHC directed the CDA to take action against certain media houses over the non-conforming use of land as they had not abided by their undertakings to shift their offices to commercial areas by Aug 10.

No way..IK shouldn't interfere in Higher courts matter..Just provide more courts..judges so that justice is done in speedy way..I don't think CJ will accept extension.next two expected CJ are highly intelligent and they knew how the sislian Mafias work..Justice Khosa and Gulzar will go on same line what CJ is going..

And should head some committee like for dams or recovery of stolen assets or reforms for bureaucracy.
