Who Is Adil Gilani in Transparency International Pakistan

According to TIP Homepage Adil Gilani is not an official of TIP.

Adil Gilani is just an advicer to TIP, which means he is not an offcial of TIP, but work for them independantly if TI give him some work. He can not speak for TIP. What A. Gilani said simply can not be official stance of TI Pakistan on any issue.

My question to Transparancy International Pakistan: Is Adil Gilani represnting you in this NEWS and in Other TV Talk shows? Who is he to talk on behalf of TIP? TIP must clear its position. I will collect complete set of information what Adil Gilani is doing and ask directly from TI Head Office in Berlin to clear there position.
