I think this will be a worst decision of PML...NS is going to White house soon and he dnt want Abu g to get angry on him..Although Army is looking the other way.Kiyani want close relationship with Russia because this will pressurize both India and USA..Anf for the sake of Pakistan after US pullout,a close companionship with both Russia and China is worthwhile..
