Audi is giving its super car, the 2013 R8 a facelift, which includes several enhancements that make the R8 even more drool worthy. On the outside the 2013 R8 looks very close to the current model, but upon closer inspection you will notice new LED headlights, new taillights, a revised front bumper and a few other tweaks.

The 2013 R8?s base 4.2L V8 packs 424 horsepower, while the V10 generates 518 horsepower, which are both the same as the outgoing R8. The biggest change to the V8 and V10 models is the addition of a new 7-speed S tronic transmission. The R8 V8 reaches 0-62 mph in 4.3 seconds, while the R8 V10 does it in a very fast 3.6 seconds.

Want even more power? Audi has announced a new top model for the R8, the Audi R8 V10 plus. The R8 V10 plus is powered by a V10 engine with 542 horsepower. With the S tronic transmission it reaches 0-62 mph in 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 197 mph. Choosing the manual transmission will yield a 0-62 mph time of 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 198 mph. The R8 V10 plus also gets specially tuned springs and shock absorbers.
