Where is MQM's Altaf Hussain in the PEW survey?

MQM has long claimed that it is the 'Third largest party' in the country, however in the above PEW survey its leadership does not appear anywhere! Is this claim to being the 'third largest party' in the country false?

Secondly the Media continuosly gives full coverage to the speeches of Altaf Hussain when he does not appear in the top leadership table! Does this not raise an important issue why the media gives coverage to people who lack popularity?

Even if he was not included in the survey, did they not think he was not relevant enough?

PEW is a non-partisan, International organisation and even if hypothetically assuming that the 'conspiracy theorists' said that it favours American backers then MQM is pro American organisation. So why does Altaf not appear in the survey?
