Where has the Petrol Gone

EveryBody is discussing Imran Khan here, but right now common Pakistani is thinking where the hell is petrol?

Minister of Petrol said due to extra consumption of petrol, there is shortage of petrol in Punjab.

My question is:

If the Consumption increased due to decrease in the prices of petrol, than petrol prices are decreased in whole world but why there is shortage in Pakistan only?

Wasn't it the mismanagement of the Government? or the Government failed to predict this shortage? or they were busy countering Imran Khan and forgot that they have an economy to run?

These are the questions I am hearing from the common people around me. can any pne answer these questions please?

Price of Petrol now unpredictable. Dealers maybe not lifting/buying petrol for fear of loss. I guess they are stuck with old expensive inventory. They want to sale that first. pay more get petrol.

OPEC price might go to 38$. Petrol is waqt 45/55rs ka hona chaye. Basically this free fall of OIL should have been a blessing for us.

Marshal Law is not the solution dear. We must be vigilant in terms of our rights and don't let play anybody with us and our beloved country. Doesn't matter if we have to conduct elections every year but we must not tolerate any corrupt person in high authority.

Government has it as top priority to contain IK but Fuel shortage is not linked to that. The companies responsible for fuel supply did not purchase oil from market for unsettled prices and it caused the shortage.Whatever government is telling as explanation, like fog, transportation hazards etc are white lies in our face. In simple terms such act puts country's defense at risk but they did it fearlessly and nobody will ask them. The rulers are hand in hand with them and accountability is zero. This non-seriousness is being witnessed in all fields linked to national security. We are loosing water resources, food security is insufficient, , Oil supply is uninsured, CNG is gone and industry is stand still for lack of power. I must thank Indians for not kicking our butts in such instances, occurring repeatedly but ruling class looks committed to leave Pakistan at Indian mercy in near future and they can wait for that time happily.
