The movement of (Azad Adliya) or the restoration of CJ is full of Blood of Pakistanies who gave their lives for a cause to provide real Justice to the public,waiting for years and years for, and stood beside Iftikhar Chaudhry against cruel dictator,left home with children's as young as few month old and sustain hardship , injuries ,scarifies lives to support Chief Justice on roads and in marches for months,and made realize to the government that we will not back down no matter what and was ready to go to the last point to restore CJ ,and CJ gave hope and impression that it will be a real courts and will provide real justice.
After his restoration we are still waiting to see the justice ,where is Justice , some so called decision on useless piece of paper ,is it the justice , that's all we get on the name of justice, or it was another fraud with public of Pakistan, NRO, AND ALL OTHER DECISIONS are just on Paper and nothing on ground , Thanks MR.. CJ, in my views we should not waste any more time and start public revolution

People have pinned too much hope on the courts but only because the parties fooled their constituents.

the CJ is pretty smart. he used his ability to mobilize all the lawyers in his favor to reinstate himself. petition against Article 248 is sitting on his desk for ages. Anti-NRO files are also collecting dust on his desk. I would notbe surprised at all if he is WITH THEM and just playing delay tactics.

for article 248, it needs only one line ruling: Islamic laws provides no such protection to ameer-ul-mumeneens. cut all the hearings, paper shuffling, which are necessary for Christian courts because they do not have any divine guidance - Quran - Islamic laws.

I would love to know:

1. When Gilani showed up uninvited at the dinner party where the CJ was attending, why did CJ not walk out because it was improper for Gilani to meet him in private when case of NRO was still in hearing. Instead the CJ had a private meeting with gilani, what was discussed??

2. A night before law minister Babar Awan went to attend a hearing not too long ago, Gilani phoned the CJ. the content of actual conversation never came out. What was discussed?? Why did CJ not refuse to accept the call.

If courts are asking the strogest person of Pakistan to be accountable for the swiss money, what else is required to prove its independence? Please do not mix independence with power as decisions made are to be executed by the executive which is corrupt, so blame does not go to judiciary but to the government in place. Try to understand the significance of this move as this is a war between the powerful corrupts whoes interests are at stake and the judiciary. There were a lot of steps taken to undermine the process so please no to be a part of it. If you stop it here, then forget that it will happen ever again. How can you provide justice to ordinary people untill untouchables are held accountable? So please be patient, its dragging but moving towards right direction.

What is your problem with Imran Khan. He never came into power. He never held a political office. He never did any corruption. He brought a world cup. All he did is built a Hospital and a university and said a few words against Altaf and MQM, that all of the Truth loving people know and say all the time. Do you think politics is only a thing for Gundas like Altaf, Chors like zardari and liars like Nawaz? If someone good want to come in politics people like you keep putting hurdles in his way just for your personal linguistic bias. Whatever logic you come up with, people who support Imran do so because of his righteousness. They don't have any linguistic relationship to him. I being a Sindhi support him. Can you tell me what Altaf did for this nation (apart form Killings and Bathaism)? Please don't mention about the Karachi and Muhajir only because Karachi is not the whole Pakistan and Muhajirs are the whole Pakistanis. Even if Mustafa Kamal did some developmental works, he did with Taxpayer's Money not from his own pocket.

you got it all wrong brother. I can speak for myself, and surely for lot of others, that when we bash AH here, its not because of racism, or linguistic differences. I am a Urdu speaking myself and so are lot of other members.

We bash or criticize him because of his past record. I am sure few people here had some relative that became victim MQM atrocities, I know my brother was. He was a MQM supporter. Some disagreement happened and he was told: We know where your sister lives'

This is in 90, she was alive with children. Brother backed off and saved their lives. I am sure there are 100's if not 1000's that were not as lucky as him and lost loved ones due to MQM terror activities.

You are new. I posted few months ago that I too was an unregistered supporter of MQM in Canada. But one day sometimes in Dec 09, I saw his video where he condemned the creation of Pakistan as 'biggest blunder' and begged Indians to accept and forgive 'mohajirs' if they attempt to return to their roots in India. So I dumped him. I dislike him now because I am a nationalist, my motherland first, anything else is subservient. I was born and raised in East Pakistan. I have been thru two wars, was stranded in East and suffered pain of losing half of my country.

Love your country, care for your country, help your country. Remember, historically, we never get the motherland a second time. Love her now or lose her for ever.
