Yeh I still dont beleive that khan and peerni marriage is not a result of some divine intervention. She is very mature and smart lady and solid muslim, you know well our traditional muslim women dont take tallaq and talk about it as causally as she did.

Sir jee you should have know me well since you are senior member of forum, I consider NS courrpt and chor period. But raising some questions are not against national interest either!
I would have respected her bit more if she keep her self introvert as she has done before, now after interview she seems to have bigger ambitions then before.

Please you share the verses or hadith or fiqa hanfi point of to forbid for talaq.
It consider bad decision but never prohibited. Just give me one example of any famous personality, who don't have more than one marriage during the first 30 years of Islam.

Hadith e Pak hai , k jo aurat bagher kisi waja k shohar say tallaq ka mutalbah karay wo jannat ki khushbu tak song nahe sakaygi ( mafhom)

You should give a single example in first 30 years of islam when a woman took tallaq/khulah for no reason

Sorry to say and I am not scholar but please listen carefully, Hazoor Pak ny farmaya woman demand of Khula will not get the fragrance of Jannah, but not prohibited that women can not demand of Talaq.

The same for men, the most worst action of a man to give talaq without reason. So it does not mean that men can not talaq.
