its True as i have experience in Japan mostly when i am on my work it is very hard to understand who is the owner and how is Worker i hallways mistake and start talk with worker in the company and after i comes to know he said i not owner the owner is an other person but the there dress is same they are very hard worker but not all mostly older then 40 year.Young generation is not hard worker they do not have any intrastate in politics as we was 10 years ago in Pakistan and that why in japan Economy going bad bad no good leader.But even that mostly leader they leave there post when they comes to know they are coming unpopular
