Honestly, we need to clean our minds. Our women need exercise badly, this is not worse then clothing in pathetic dramas. I have lived part of my life in US and Europe and have seen how fit women are. Our women are deprived of exercises in public parks, there are hardly women centric gyms and the one's that are there are out of reach for most of the women.

Exercise not only provide a healthy body but also a healthy mind.
