In panama case decision scop has placed burden of proof solely on nawaz shareef family.
Properties have been admitted and funding sources are suppose to be known by the owners.
Withholding witness or evidence is a criminal offence.
So nawaz shareef family has become totally trapped.
If they give evidence to jit they will face criminal charges and if they do not then again they will face criminal charges. This case is no longer a civil case.
It is true that if evidences are not made available by nawaz shareef family then 60 days will not be enough for the scop to trace things. However with co-operation of nawaz shareef family this case can be solved within given time. So it all depends upon whether nawaz shareef family co-operates or not. By cooperating it may be offered some reward and if they refuse to cooperate then things will still be done but they will take a lot longer and punishment for that will also add up for the family. I cannot see any way out of this for nawaz shareef family.
