Even if this question is very important, who will ask and punish the culprits. This is a small part of election, when the whole elections are stolen but the judges gave the cleen chit to The Culprit, then who care about this foreign funds. They had eaten Billions of $$$ without any 'Dakaar', and Awan is asking for few millions $$$.
