What goes around comes around

Having watched the Punjab Assembly CM election proceedings, remembered two English proverbs:
1. "What goes around comes around"
2. "What is good for peter must be good for Paul"
IK had asked for disqualification of his dissident Parliamentarians and the Supreme court ruled accordingly. So now he has no reason to maker a fuss about it.
However there is one caveat in the law which is difference in a few members dissenting and the whole party dissenting. In this case the whole party has dissented against the directions of their president which morally disqualifies and deprives him of the authority to exercise any control over the party.
Now the PTI lawyers will pick up this point in their plea and analysts will rant the same on TV. Credit should be given to siasat.pk and the originator of this moral/legal point.

it was not IK asking for disqualification, it was parliamentary leader in punjab assembly. which is a different person from party leader

secondly shujat hussain can make more money if they take this case to court and shujat hussain can deny the letter... establishment always have a way for kicking them out.

PTI should get rid of Q leage and Sheikh rashid asap or be ready for surprises

You don't know the constitution... It is the parliamentry party which would decide not the party head.

Plus Q league members voted their own party member not PTI member.

Plus it was a run of election of previous election where Party head had not objected.

It is not as simple.. Your point is valid that whole party has dissented but keep in mind
It is run off election
Second directions was given to memebers or not or it was send directly to speaker..
Third the letter was shown after vote was casted
Fourth parlimentary commitee has the power to decide not the heat of party
Most probably SC will reverse the verdict.
Other option is that all these 10 members can register a new party
In any case kukri is a gone case.. They are just dragging it which will make economy more worsen
