What do the different colors in post header bar mean?

I have seen some post titles which have a different colour that the typical dark green.

I am talking about that one bar which shows the no. of the post in a hashtag like "#23" and the date and time of the post.

I am just curious, as one of my posts just got a red title all of a sudden.

If you post gets atleast 10 Likes the top ribbon bar becomes Dark Red (Maroon)

and if the post gets atleast 10 Thanks, it will become Light Red (Montana).

Green = Normal Post

Maroon = 10 Plus Likes

Red - 10 Plus Dislikes

Somebody also complained about this earlier. I think, they (siasat.pk) are in a process to buy a new one palette eye-shadow system.
