How can you have a fundraising dinner, without dinner? You buy a ticket which includes the cost of dinner. During and after dinner you make you contribution to the fund.

Oh my god...... What idiots these reporters are... so Tax payers spent about say 50 thousand on dinner, What they received is almost 1 billion. Tax payers were NET beneficiary. This is what happens in a fund raiser. The minimum donation amount is set to be Very high compared to cost of dinner, so charities can benefit.

Saadgi in Govt is about not eating free meals on tax payers expense.
