ججوں ے سامنے عوام کا موقف رکھتا ہے ..
باہر نونی کووں کو تو اپنی ٹھوکر پر رکھتا ہے ..
مگر یہ کیوں کرتا ہے ...........اس لیے کہ میری عوام اس غلامی سے نجات پائیں ..
ہم راضی ہیں خان تم سے ..تمہارا اللہ بھی تمسے راضی ہو ...امین


اس منحوس چینل کو سننے سے بہتر ہے کہ میں میرا کی انگلش سن لوم .

nothing wrong with this this is how court proceeds this is open and shut case but even in open and shut case judges have convict beyond the reasonable doubt .so that some one can not challenge the judgment on merit . to me it looks like judges are looking to make commission because when nawaz will not be able to prove where he has earned money from how much tax he paid and how he transfer money then this will establish that there is discrepancy but in order to prove it that it was illegal money commission will have to investigate and provide proof but we all know if it went to commission then what will happen . i guess non league will get clean chit if judiciary is sincere they can disqualify nawaz upon his statement in parliament

As I said in another post, court's attitude is hostile towards PTI lawyer.
They have so far not considered PTI's arguments as valid or deliberation worthy.

In addition to that, even PTI's arguments revolve around aal-e-nawaz only. Nawaz Shareef is not under direct accusation.

I am very sure this case will do nothing to the sitting government. Nawaz Shareef is not even discussed in the proceeding.

aal-e-shareef will continue to rule.

Court will probably ask aal-e-nawaz to pay taxes and some monetary penalty in retrospect. Thats all!

I think it all depends on the what evidence do the N lawyers present, PTI has presented the best documentary evidence that is available at this time, unless somehow they can find actual bank records, which is impossible at this stage, I expect somekind of dramay baazi fron N lawyers but not actual evidence, because there isn't any. Best case scenario I'm also seeing is the verdict will be like the rigging case, there was huge rigging but by enlarge election was fair. Here it will be, there was huge corruption proved but since there is no video footage of Nawaz Sharif actually sending the money with his own hands or buying the flats he cannot disqualified or charged.
