[h=6]ارسلان افتخار کیس کے مرکزی کردار اور بحریہ ٹاؤن کے سر براہ ملک ریاض نے کہا ہے کہ میں آج قرآن پاک لیکرآیاہوں،آج کے بعدمیں کوئی کاروبارنہیں کرونگا،ہماراپروجیکٹ بھی ڈبویاگیاتوذمہ دارسپریم کورٹ ہوگی،اسلام آباد میں پریس کانفرنس سے خطاب کے دوران ملک ریاض نے چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان سے تین سوال کئے کہ رات کے اندھیرے میں کتنی ملاقاتیں ہوئی ہیں،کیا ارسلان مجھے نہیں جانتا اور کیا ان ملاقاتوں میں موجود نہیں تھا؟۔انہوں نے کہا کہ میں غریب آدمی تھا پیسہ نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے آٹھ،آٹھ کلو میٹر پیدل چلتا تھا ،بیٹی کے علاج کیلئے بھی میرے پاس رقم نہیں تھی لیکن آج میرے پاس جو کچھ ہے وہ اللہ کی دین ہے اور میرے75فیصداثاثے فلاحی مقاصدکیلئے استعمال ہورہے ہیں۔میں بلیک میل ہوتارہاہوں،میری طرح اوربھی بزنس مین بلیک میل ہوتے رہے ہیں۔انہوں نے کہا کہ چیف جسٹس کی میں آج بھی عزت کرتا ہوں،میں نے اپنے کالموں میں ہمیشہ چیف جسٹس پاکستان کی حمایت کی ہے لیکن ارسلان افتخار "ڈان"ہے۔آج میں سپریم کورٹ انصاف خریدنے نہیں گیاتھا حقائق بیان کرنے گیا تھا ،انہوں نے کہا اگلے ہفتے مزید ایک پریس کانفرنس کروں گا جس میں مزید بم گراؤں گا۔[/h]

Problem is he said, when he meet CJ, the Registrar of SCP was there too.
So if CJ wanted to meet him for a deal, why would he had the Registrar with him?

MR also said in one of the meeting another Justice was there too.

Conclusion: MR is making a mockery of the opportunities he had in Pakistan to become so rich before getting caught. He has tried to malign the name of the CJ today. If CJ had any bad intentions he wouldn't have other people with him.
Who wants to have witnesses of his crime?

ISLAMABAD: Real estate tycoon and Bahria Town chief Malik Riaz addressed media representatives in Islamabad on Tuesday DawnNews reported.
During the press conference, Riaz raised various questions on the transparency of Arsalan Iftikhar suo moto case and made claims that he met Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry in the presence of his son, Arsalan Iftikhar. He said that the Chief Justice knew about the business dealings and should have taken suo moto action before the media broke this news.
He alleged that Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani met Iftikhar Chaudhry at Khalil Ahmed’s residence, who is considered to be an associate of Riaz.
He further admitted that he has been blackmailed as a businessman and said that, “I did not bribe anyone but was blackmailed. Blackmailers were assigned to follow me and I did not bribe anyone, my son-in-law did.”
Riaz concluded the press conference by saying that he will address the media representatives

Who says CJ never knew of Arsalan Activity?I think Malik Riaz decided to do or die.Its high time for CJ to take wise decision,sooner he decides its better for him for gracefull out come.

But Cheif Justice should stay whatever the circumstance: Otherwise Zardai will win. Memo report is out and it is clear that Zardai asked USA to help him. It is time to send Zardai co packing

A logical outcome of this case:
1. Malik Riaz gets 10 years prison. why --> he admitted in SC that he gave bribe.
2. Arslan get 10 years prison. why --> the evidence provided by Malik shows that he took advantage of his father's position.
3. If CJ knew about his son's criminal activities for some time he should also resign. why --> he knew about it and did not go to police in-time.

Rahman Bhai if still you want to keep rotten egg in home its your choice,he also met with RM to do MUk mukao,after IC lot of honest judges may be in line I think a non tainted judge can do better job for Pakistan rather being blackmailed.
