We doctors don't have a media, neither do we have hundreds of millions of rupees to buy air time on media.The only medium we have is internet at the moment..

So here r the facts;
Our strike was peaceful, strike was just of out-door patients n as u all knw no serious pt comes there. All the patients were being entertained in emrgencies and in-doors. Not even a single patient died until last night when this democratic govt arrested the doctors and tortured them, when we were thinking to reopen OPD in tents outside the hospitals.

Dr Naeem is critically sick and on ventilator !!

Dr zeeshan got a fracture and is in emergency !!

More than 350 doctors are in jail.

Lady doctors were forced to leave the hostels at 2:00 AM.

If they arrest us and torture us, how on earth can they expect us to provide services ?

A labourer doesnt work if he doesnt want to. A lawyer can refuse to work. Engineers and other professionals have a choice. Why dont we, the doctors, have a choice ? For information of those ignorant people who become pseudo-intellectuals and post hateful comments about doctors, doctors are humans too. They have rights too. And yes.. according to medical ethics, a doctor can refuse to see ANY patient, even in an emergency if it is not a life/limb threatening condition or not a labour. But if the doctors are tortured and arrested, they can very well refused their services. You cannot challenge that.

Where are all you guys when the doctors are routinely assaulted and abused physically and verbally in the emergency departments ? Where were you guys when when an MPA's driver manhandled a lady doc on call at Jinnah Hospital back in around 2008. She left the profession after the MPA refused apology. Where were you guys when not long ago from now a fake BA degree holder politician slapped some docs at the emergency.

Doctors are just as much humans as you are. And probably they have more self respect and dignity than general public.. thanks to the education and a higher IQ. Ignorance must be a bliss !!

Who will give the services under these conditions???

BUT OUR CORRUPT MEDIA IS NOT SHOWING THIS.

Our demands were just service structure as it is for rest of Govt departments. We were NOT asking for any money now. Do you people even know what service structure is ??? Perhaps this was above the level of common sense !!!

Friends of these arrested doctors will be in hospitals (in future) treating also policemen. At the moment everything is possible in pakistan. even police don't have money to investigate all deaths in hospitals.
No wonder, politicians go abroad for treatment. one died few weeks ago in karachi.
I don't mean that doctors will start killing, they can keep alive but make them suffer.

These scum-bags are earning more starting salaries than newly recruited Engineers, bank employees and even hired by multinationals.......... whereas; service structure is concerned they want it as similar as CSS officers...... Doctors are the cream of any society and are well regarded and paid across the world.

Only genius students can enter Pre_Medical FSc, and then in MBBS classes.

No doubt, Doctors are of a superior qualifications than anyone else and Engineers come to the next.

Doctors' demand is genuine to provide them Service Structure as other third grade Government Employees do enjoy. Third grade mean, the profession only average students or poor students manage to reach like Judges, general Pakistani Politicians (Angootha Chaap, Loohar, Tarkan, etc.).

Bottom line, Doctors' demand is very genuine and we all need to support them by all means.

Absolute rubbish , anyone can take admission in having safarish or selffinance scheme if they are that genius then why not get it through CSS ???

Government should deny all illegal demands and punish the murderer doctors.

i was listening zaeem qadri pml(n) on express in a live show,,, wo kameena ek doctor ko kehta k mj se neechi awaaz me bt kro,, wrna bdmaashi nikaal dun ga, tum ho kia meray agay........... !!! huhhh,, media ko ye nzr nhi ata??????????????​

There are hundreds of societies foundations and organizations run by medical students in all over Punjab just for the welfare of patient...

some links given below....even then media call us killers......we are the Muslims we are the pakistani.....who worked, working and will work for our nation......not even a singhle MPA/MNA sectary or any media person worked or donated blood for patients......itz only the doctors......​

It is the DILEMMA of these doctors.. that you consider yourself a SUPER Creature... There is nothing like that you mentioned..

Brilliant students choose their profession by choice.. no matter how many marks they get is SSC or HSSC.. You don't respect other professions.. like pomp and show walk in the streets, sit in the hotels, roam in the market with white coat.. this shows your mentality.. and despite getting highest marks Boys don't like this field specially everybody knows including yourself

so if you are educated and cream of nation your behavior should be at Highest level as well... But you people are arrogant and very rude to the patients and very very very non professional in your professional life while performing your duties.. dont complete your duties hours, don't check poor patients properly and Favourism and Corruption is very common in government hospitals.. Relatives of doctors and paramedical staff are treated as chief guest while other patients keep on waiting in the Rows...

As an elected member parliment he is justified in saying that.

And his demand of dr lowering his voice is not so wrong either. One should maintain a level of decency while addressing elders
