The independent judiciary you see today is coz of Ift. Ch. The reason people are calling Naeem Bukhari a hero is coz of his win in Nawaz case which happened due to the independent judiciary, and who put it in the right direction? Have you forgot dogar courts? IFt. Ch. did make some mistakes but you cant take away his achievements and what he did for the poor, punished the rich n powerful and disqualified a corrupt PM. This SC has only followed Ift. Ch.'s precedent. If there was no such precedent before of disqualifying a PM, SC would never have the courage to repeat it.
