Honestly it is a bad decision to shut down utility stores and make thousand of people jobless who have been working with these stores for almost 30 years. By the way these store were really beneficial for the lower middle class families.

Utility stores has failed. They are uselss. Private cash and carry stores are selling products cheaper than Utility Stores.

Good decision to shut them down. Just help these people get jobs in private sector in different companies so they don't go without an income.

Utility store ke half mulazam Ghar bethay har..am salary kha rehay hain...adhi sasti chezain..baray dealers ko baich detey hain.profit na bhi dey..Lekan khasara arabo rupay ka salana..Jo ghareeb awam bhari taxes ke zaray Ada kartey hain...jab ke Kisi ghareeb ko koi fayda nahi mil raha..is se behtar ha ke Gov jitna Paisa utility store par lagati ha..kuch aur apnay pass se dal Kar.. genuine ghareebo ko aik card jari karay..jis ke zaraya..poray pakistan m un ko har zarorat ki cheez..maslan..Atta..Ghee..Cheeni..Chawal..Dalian..Patti..milk.... medicines..half rate par milain...

There is total corruption from top to bottom in utility stores. It is a useless burden on the exchequer. It does not benefit the poor, only the employees who do corruption from tip to toe benefit from it. It should be abolished without giving a second thought.
