Dollar is not being artificially controlled. Relaxing monetary policy has increased the imports and hence the demand for dollar. Free floating dollar acts as a natural barrier against uncontrolled imports. Its just market doing its job. Controlling dollar is devastating

Oil prices effects dollar right now per barrel oil is down hence US dollars in the highs since he import a lot of things everything in Pakistan is going to be expensive
Defense and security alone cost us in June 600 million dollar, TERF loan machines cost in June 350 million. It alone costed 1 billion dam. What is this FM smoking.
I do not see any of his interview where he said Machinery is reason behind rise of imports.
yes, he mentioned in one interview that we are going to import heavy machinery which will be heavy on Dollar reserves.

Hell with US dollar... kick out dollar as soon as possible and use any other mean od payment. US dollar has no guarantee and No backup... Stupid Arabs stop selling oil in dollars, the dollar will die.
