اسلام آباد : سچ ڈاٹ ٹی وی : انتخابی دھاندلی انکوائری کمیشن کے سامنے الیکشن کمیشن نے تحریری دلائل دیئے ہیں کہ اضافی بیلٹ پیپرزکےغلط استعمال کےپی ٹی آئی کےشکوک وشبہات بےبنیاد ہیں،جبکہ آراوز کی جانب سے ووٹ ڈبوں میں بھرنے کےثبوت نہیں ملے۔الیکشن کمیشن نے دلائل میں مزید کہا کہ فارم 15 کی گمشدگی میں کے پی کے سرفہرست،سندھ دوسرے،پنجاب تیسرے نمبرپرہے،تاہم فارم 15 کی گمشدگی اور تھیلوں کی سیلیں ٹوٹنا نااہلی ہے،بد نیتی نہیں۔بیلٹ پیپرزکی اردوبازارسےچھپائی ثابت کرنےکےشواہد بھی سامنےنہیں آئے،یہ بھی نہیں بتایاکہ اضافی بیلٹ پیپرزکاغلط استعمال پریزائڈنگ افسرنےکیایا آر او نے.الیکشن کمیشن نے مزید کہا کہ نہیں بتایاگیااضافی بیلٹ پیپرزکاغلط استعمال کس نے،کیسے،کب اورکہاں کیا،پی ٹی آئی دھاندلی کےمتعددالزامات سےدستبردارہوگئی ،جبکہ پی ٹی آئی انکوائری کمیشن میں اپنےتجویزکردہ گواہان سےبھی دستبردارہوئی۔نادرا رپورٹس سے بھی دھاندلی ثابت نہیں ہوئی،فارم 15 کی گمشدگی سے کوئی بد نیتی ثابت نہیں ہوتی،دھاندلی یامنظم دھاندلی ٹھوس شواہدسےثابت ہوسکتی ہےجوسامنےنہیں آئے،عام انتخابات 2013 شفاف اورغیر جانبدارتھے،کسی قسم کی دھاندلی نہیں ہوئی۔
