Airport Security Force, FIA, Punjab Police or Pakistan Rangers do not wear this uniform with RED CAP.

Its the Special Services Group of Pakistan Army aka Commando Unit that moves on the order of Chief of Army Staff.

Yes this is the same unit of Pakistan Army that took over convoy of Pervez Musharaf when he left his home for Court Appearance and took him to CMH Rawalpindi from where he was allowed to go abroad. Musharaf was a SSG officer.
