The U.S. Nuclear Weapons Cost Study Project was completed in August 1998 and resulted in the book Atomic Audit: The Costs and Consequences of U.S. Nuclear Weapons Since 1940 edited by Stephen I. Schwartz. These project pages should be considered historical.

How pathetic, and they label Pakistan as an unstable state which might not be able to secure its nuclear weapons program!!

Thanks for the info

the most unsafe, vulnerable, and open to terrorists is the Indian nukes. Indian nuke scientists have been murdered, kidnapped.

One would have to wonder, who were the killers, what are their motives, did the killers get what they wanted from the scientists, and most importantly what were they looking for?

None of the countries would mind what India has did wrong in the past or what are there future plans just like Israel .... India is a separate issue as it is a Non Muslim state and it is against Islam and Muslims ever. So they will be close allies of the big countries like G8 countries and now look at USA. Obama is already supporting India to get a permanent seat in UN Peace Council. So there is no match between India and Pakistan as India is their another illegal son and they will support India no matter what. There are some more issues as well I will write in My next post.....

Exactly!

That is the whole point. You have to lead by example. The U.S. was the only country to use an atomic bomb in history, which Obama has also pointed out and condemned!
