دبئی: متحدہ عرب امارات نے غیر ملکیوں کو مستقل رہائش کی اسکیم کا آغاز کردیا۔

اس اسکیم کو گولڈن کارڈ کا نام دیا گیا ہے جس کے تحت سرمایہ کاروں، کاروباری شخصیات، مختلف شعبوں کے ماہرین، محققین اور غیر معمولی طور پر ذہین طلبہ کو مستقل رہائش کے فوائد دیے جائیں گے۔

مستقل رہائش اسکیم کا اعلان متحدہ عرب امارات کے نائب صدر شیخ محمد بن راشد المکتوم نے کیا۔



پہلے مرحلے میں مستقل رہائش کی اسکیم سے فائدہ اٹھانے والوں میں 6800 سرمایہ کار شامل ہیں اور ان سرمایہ کاروں کی متحدہ عرب امارات میں مجموعی سرمایہ کاری 101 ارب درہم یعنی چالیس کھرب روپے سے زائد ہے۔

خیال رہے کہ سعودی عرب نے بھی غیر ملکیوں کو مستقل رہائش دینے کے حوالے سے گرین کارڈ اسکیم شروع کررکھی ہے۔

You didnt understand it correctly. its 100 billion UAE Dirham invested by 6800 investors who will get PR. 100 Billion UAE Dirham = 27 Billion USD. It is not for one person

Absolutely right. 27 Billion divided by 6800 is around 4 million USD per person, which is not a big deal for looters.

they had enough resources in the beginning by selling oil and investing it in infrastructure. secondly they blindly follow USA and invest a lot in US-UK.

It is easy to make $10 from $100 if you have money, but if you have $100 debt, first you have to reach to 0, then save $1`00 and then earn $10 from the savings.

This country has been looted and mismanaged for years and you want a change in 9 months? He could have done what PMLN and PPP did in past. He could have signed stupid deals with international firms to build roads and oil based energy plants by taking more and more loans and giving an impression of higher GDP growth but he is not doing these stupid things.

qarz ke paisay pe ayashi to har koi kar sakta hai... ooper se oos main corruption bhi daal lo to PPP and PMLN hi yaad aatay hain.. or kuch or mufad parast siasatdan jo har hakoomat ke saath hotay hain.

lets wait for 5 years and then compare it with PPP and PMLN governments
