Two days of PM defense can be shred into pieces in just TWO MINUTES by PTI lawyer !!!

In the court, as well as outside of the court - both the lawyers representing the prime minister NS and government spokespersons have been giving the statements that Prime minister is immune from proceedings and the case is all about PM's late father and the children... And they have been saying that prime minister lying was not part of initial plea by any party including the PTI's plea. So court should dismiss everything against Nawaz Sharif...

Everyone from PML(N) seemingly has forgotten one simple fact i.e. timeline of events.

The letter from Qatar arrived AFTER the case started, and only after it was submitted the lawyers argued that either PM has told lies in his speech or Qatari letter is lying. As soon as PTI lawyers start their court proceedings they should repeat the timeline of events to reiterate that the proof submitted by the Sharif family was after that beginning of the case - and the proof points to the fact that PM lied in the parliament as well as in his televised speech to the nation. And honorable judges cannot ignore this fact anymore

The moment PTI lawyers start their arguments with such a line - all arguments from NS lawyer will be shred to pieces

First of all lets stop kidding around by calling it a defense. All NS lawyer has done now is trying to hide behind technicalities so some how the case gets dismissed

Sure, the only problem is after this one liner I won't have anything more to say... and than will have to open siasat.pk to post more arguments shared by fellow posters :)

The thing is, the ones who are fighting case (for both sides) are professionals and they know the law. As it's a social forum so we can share our opinion here. It could be the case (although a minimum chance) that the professionals oversee an important point, which some novice can point out. So my 2 cents, don't be afraid to share your opinion as every opinion counts

hmmm so you want NS, and his kids in the court to record their statements, and let both side lawyers to cross question them? If SC does this, it would be a historic step.
