It's not a drill rather seems like the USA military arranging to kill it's own people. I expect some falseflag probably during the Olympics leading to worldwide conflict where martial law will be imposed in many western nations. Again the USA/NATO need a reason to further their war activity in Iran, Syria and Pakistan in particular.

The USA has become so immoral that divine punishment is long overdue, As Allah says in the Qur'an that "do not think that we are oblivious of the oppressors, Neh! we only give them respite until the day their eyes will stare with horror"
