U are right defense of homeland is joint responsibilities of Citizens & the Armed Forces. The citizens guard ideological and social fronts; while the armed force guard borders. Both of the duties are 24/7. Defending Armed forces against the propaganda of Useful Idiots and enemy cyber units is as important as securing borders.
