What a nonsense talk, if govt sees that a criminal has been garlanded or forgiven by other elements what it is still the duty oif the Govt of the day to catch him and bring him to justice, it is a strange thing that Govt official talk about a criminal being forgiven by some party, it is a very strange way of talking, let me explain again.
