A simple google search revealed that its a city in Canada at the edge of the Arctic. You are right THAT IS cold

NWT stand for North West Territory of canada

Haqaqit brother, In Canada we don't urinate outside like Pakistan. If you pee outside, that is really bad so please stop this bad habit. I think most homes and public places have washroom in Pakistan too.

guys here in south korea its also -20 c, but when i going to my job i use to ride bike even tm is -20,is ka behi apna hi maza hai k -20 mian bike chalioo aap ko pee nehi ker sakty,

Small correction...........Northwest Territories (not North Western) does not have the status of a province. it is just a territory as the name suggests.

I stayed in Iran during 1991 till 1994 near city of Arak in Islamic Republic of Iran. It was a Refinery Project. I experienced maximum low temperature -32C. Normally during the period from November till April it was severe cold weather and snow storm and it was felt to me that I was put in a deep freezer. In spite of all facilities HVAC and central heating system my body seems to be shrinking and I became a patient of Depression after coming back to home. Although we have frequent home leaves within a year but it is terrible experience of my life to stay in such severe weather. Mostly during these period both the max. and min. temperatures remains within below zero degree C.
