These notices are some of the most useless bits of paper I can think of. These are floated merely to shift responsibility, nothing else.
How on earth is one supposed to respond to such letters, which are perhaps issued by the dozen every month? Launch curfew? Its simply not possible. Intelligence reports have to be a bit more refined and defined than just a generic warning. Im sure intelligence agencies have the information.

Pakistan lost 50 thousands people in terror attacks. You think it was panama who started this war? stupidity has no limits. Mashallah things are much improved but still not 100%.

So the letter provided a very specific terorist threat in a very specific area called Lahore!

what good is an agency if they cant be more specific than this? There is no way you can avoid a terrorist attack based on this vague letter.
After so many years of terrorism and terrorist attacks and lives lost, this is the level of our intelligence agencies.
