its not imran khan and pti...its our tendency to oversee good in people we have LAbelled in our minds the profession as brutal and corrupt yet its few or some professionals that are both...they are humans justlike us and are capapble of doing good and bad both...because of pti people have started to look and highlight the bright side of the profession.

Personally I would fine the rider. 1st for not wearing a helmet. 2nd for endangering the life the little child by letting her ride like this on a motorbike.
And most of all I'm surprised no one found this as something dangerous, right from the traffic warden to the posters on this forum!!!!
