Those who say that we will reduce the defense budget are not just disobeying direct orders of Quran but are also betraying our beloved Quaid. There was nothing to eat in the house of Rasul Allah (sm) but the walls were lined with weapons, bows, swords and lances.

We do NOT need to reduce the defense budget to develop our nation. We need to check corruption, block Riba based banking, apply Islamic economic system of distribution of wealth and real wealth based model and we will be feeding the world.

Seven Muslims countries have been destroyed by Zionists in last 10 years. Pakistan is fighting a desperate war. Our armed forces do not have weapons to fight 5 times larger Indian army which is waging a bloody 4thGW. Still, the idiots or the traitors want to reduce Pakistan's defense budget. There is no honor in being the richest country when your freedom is taken away humiliatingly by US. Ask Japan.

I agree with what you say, but there was no need for him to say on an Indian channel that we will cut our defence budget. Would an Indian opposition leader or minister come to Pakistan and say we are going to cut the Indian defence budget?

You rightly make some good points; If there is corruption in the Military then that needs to be routed out.

ya i agree that IK was playing kind of very defensive in that programme but someone from us can ask him the reason for that, one thing we all know that he is not a milksop but he has also become mature over the years as a politician so don't know what was going on in his head at that time (bigsmile)

As per their training, they would work 100 times better than the now existing police and make our society a better place to live. Now the dynamics are changed. you can't fight with the world with a huge army or with a big defence budget but you can by producing great scholars, engineers, scientists even sportsmen. The dynamics of winning a war are totally changed now. Yet all the defence capabilities in the world won't save us if we don't spend more on our poor, uneducated people and build human resource. As with everything there has to be a balance. I'm sure there must be leakages in the defence budget that can be dealt with without affecting our defence capabilities.
