Visited Bannu MTI; found it unsatisfactory. A follow up visit showed no improvement. Thus the cabinet approved the dissolution of. the board (which had become dysfunctional) as per the MTI law. We will put in place a new board as soon as a high court stay in the matter is lifted.

This the worst road block in the entire justice system. Get a stay order from the court and then you can expect the matter to drag on for years. Supreme court should focus on improving judiciary rather than passing remarks at the government every other day. Do your job first before pointing fingers at others.

Why can't a law is framed and enacted thru the parliament to limit the time period of stay orders in any given matter limiting it to a maximum period of 30 days??
