Not sure if Ansar Abbasi or this Taqi genius knows that both Fauji fertilizer and Mari gas are owned by Fauji Foundation. All retired army officers are given placement contracts of 2 years to serve in these organizations, in order to help them transfer into civilian life. A quota is reserved for officers/JCOs/NCOs in these organizations. The remaining quota goes to civilians.
