Ministry of Finance and Sharif Family
Government of Pakistan, run by Nawaz Sharif and his kitchen cabinet has recently decided that all projects worth Rs. One billion or more will now be supervised and procured by Ministry of Finance and Sharif Family. In pursuance of this order Tenders are invited for over 1000 projects worth minimum Rs. One billion (each). Initially contracting firms will be prequalified and later prequalified firms will be required to bid on these projects. Copy of project can be had from Ministry of Finance and Nawaz Family during office hours.
Terms and conditions of prequalification.
1. Firms will agree that 2, 3rd of bid will be given to Ministry of Finance and Family through an agent and that amount will be deposited to an offshore account nominated by agent.
2. Firms will agree to bid three times the normal market price ie. If market price is Rs. 50 million bid will be Rs. 150 million (Minimum).
3. Bidders should understand that 2,3rd of amount deposited is not part of bribe of kickbacks. Successful bidder will have to pay bribe, kick backs and commission as per normal rates to all persons concerned and Ministry believe is the welfare of stakeholders.
4. Firms should have record of
A, Should have been black listed by Pakistani courts, or
B, Should have been banned by National and International Agencies, or
C, Should have Illigal offshore companies, with relations to Nawaz Sharif family and/or its close aides or
D, Other companies can be considered, if they make sure that they will come up to the expectations of Nawaz Sharif Family and its close aides and will offer at par with companies mentioned above.
5. Expression of interest should be submitted within 15 days of publication of this notice.
Disclaimer: 2,3rd of amount should not be considered in any way as bribe, kick back or commission as present regime is under immense political and army pressure and to deal with this pressure family needs money to be distributed among Journals, jurists, judges, journalists and on the top of this political leaders such as Jawed Hashmi. Also if after that expenditure, any amount is left, family reserve its right to put this money in its offshore businesses and accounts, enabling it to accumulate more wealth, pay during the next election to purchase people mentioned above and off course you the bidders.
