This guy thinks by shouting out loud his argument would gain more legitimacy. Its a crisis like situation. And if you read the whole SRO, previously black money used to be parked in plots and nothing used to be ever constructed on them. That didn't create any demand for labour or provided stimulus to the other ancillary industries associated without the construction business. But in this package people are only allowed to invest in constructed built up properties without wealth reconciliation statement. Big difference but dunces like Sami would never understand.
