I agree with you, I dont think this Kafir-e-azam could be so brave to say that in the court. After all , he himself also took Mushi oath.

LOL big mistake by TUQ not the place, or time for his drama baazi...
He was asking the court to dissolve an entire constitutional institution.
The court has to determine if he has adequate standing i.e quo warranto.
Think of it like this say tomorrow some Pakistani living in Japan comes to SC and ask it to dissolve Pak Army.
As the officers in th GHQ have violated their oaths at Kakul by serving under Mush.
Wont the court first try to establish who is this person and has he lost his mind??
Another thing to note is most of the court reporting is either plain false or quoted completely without context.
Its better to wait and read the court orders that come out.

Padri is right, CJ did take oath from Bhagora Commando but then he stood up to Tierney and made up for the mistake.
