Surprise for my Sister on her wedding day???

My Eldest sister is getting married in 7th September and I'd like to get her something really special for her wedding day. I know she could use cash the most, but I'd like it to be more sentimental than that. Any ideas? Did you receive something from your sister that meant a lot to you?
We belong from a religious family.
