Good decision.........gives SS a chance to comeback to Pakistan...........if they put him ECL now would he come back.......definitely no..........Chairman NAB should be removed ASAP

There are few things to understand from legal perspective.

1: This is not a rejection, its objection against the contents of appeal filed by NAB.

2: Registrar did absolutely the right thing legally speaking, if there are material defects, plaint is returned to make corrections.

3: Its not the job of any court to correct material short comings. Its the job of the pleader.

4: NAB lawyers should be competent enough to put the right date and name the concerned parties in the case. (This shows NAB has really average lawyers and its not a surprise that their conviction rate is so low).

5: Why file an objection now when person has already fled. This will make sure SS never comes back.

Aik acha wakeel aik kamzoor case main bhi jaan dal sakta hae aur aik bura/average wakeel jeeti wi bazi bhi har sakta hae.

NAB needs complete reforms, itna heavy evidence k sath naeem bukhari case kerta tu hamza abhi jail main hota aur ss bhi bahir na ja pata.

Evidence jitna marzi strong lae aain apko adalat ko convince kerna bhi perhta hae aur agar adalat main ap bol na pain tu faeda kya. Achay wakeel ko heavy feeses acha bolnay k liyeah miltay hain, qanoon tu aik hi rehta hae.

What the hell are these idiots trying to prove ? that criminal is in London, has refused to come back to Pakistan, government is trying to bring him back but it seems difficult. And this is all because of our honorable criminals known as Judges in LHC. Now what difference will it make?

ان کو لوٹ مال کے بنائے لندن محلے میں جانے دو وہاں ان کے اشتہاری بچے اور داماد ان کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں موصوف کو سیاست نہ کرنی ہوتی تو چھپ کر فرار ہو جاتے پر پھر عوام کو بیوقوف بنانے پر پابندی لگ جاتی.ان کو بھاگنے دوجتنی ان کے ووٹر کو پاکستان میں ہونے کی ضرورت ہے اس سے زیادہ ہمیشہ غیر ملکوں اور ملکیوں کی ان کو ضرورت رہی ہے . ایسے غیر ملکیوں کو نہ روکو ان کو جانے دو.
