Supreme court delivers a decision to be remembered for centuries in the sense it gave no decision and prolonged uncertainty in the country in the name of JIT investigation - Bad policy meant for self importance
Supreme court has become a major instability factor in Pakistan , it sent two prime ministers home and wishes to boil and roast the third one before it plans to oust him.
What constitutes panamagate decision is that it has no decision in it , what could have been mere procedure of investigations before the verdict that is JIT investigations has been made a decision.
This decision hides the fact that most judges of supreme court do not have any post graduate education in law , none had his logical analysis power or mental examination done before appointment , most are political employees and
I predicted in my yesterday thread a 3:2 decision based on which side nurtured their career .
What is even more unfortunate is that military establishment like civil service , though is a stabilizing factor but military uses judiciary to upstage politicians according to some , similarly judiciary like NAB , FIA is used to create anarchy in civil service , all in the name of accountability . No wonder that Pakistan's economic growth rate is so low .
With people like Raza rabbani and Sindh CM clamouring for provincial independence in the name of provincial autonomy , the stage is again set for complete anarchy .
imran khan hordes of violent men as seen in Mardan is a last straw , new elections means more uncertainty . If punjab is thrown into confusion by disqualifying sharifs and bring in PPP -PTI coalition , it is like throwing punjab to dogs to make way for further dismemberment of the country.
Army has to revise its policy of using judiciary for ends , if it wants power it should have it , as long as it remains an islamic army we the islamicsits will support them but do not throw punjab to zardari and imran khan .
