Suggestion for PTI tourism team

Can somebody here forward me the contact info of people dealing or formulating our tourism policy? Why can't we utilise areas with a minimum of 1200m elevation from sea for all weather tourism? Tourism should not be limited to winter of summer tourism only. There are so many regions in KP alone that are around that elevation and with public private partnership these areas can be turned into forest resorts etc. You kill two birds with one stone; you create job opportunities for these areas, secondly you start reforestation to protect the natural habitat. All in line with the vision of IK.

Guess security and infrastructure is the basic ingredient to boost tourism. This government did a lot but still a huge gap there. Covid gives the opportunity to boost local tourism.

I agree, but security situation is a lot better. Ask DHA to make chalets, invite foreign investors, develop a whole community. I can name certain ranges in swab and buner that are untapped and reach a height of 1600m. Make resorts, staycation is booming. And we need to think beyond the usual murree,naran,kaghan and galiyat mostly made by the British. We need new all weather resorts.
