Strict oath be administered to disbursers of Corona funds

A very strict oath under the Holy Quran needs to be administered to all those officials and personnel who are dealing with the Coronavirus funds. Although in an honest society this may not be necessary but given our track record, embezzlement have been reported in utilizing the funds meant for ailing human beings. Our religious scholars and preachers being too busy with their struggle to force the government to allow collective prayers in mosques have no time to preach honesty (Sadaqat, Amanat), with the result that a good part of the COVID funds are likely to be squandered and it will be accepted and digested as ‘normal’.
