Special status of the Judge and his wife.

A judge of SC should NOT be given such latitude and liberty as Kazi Faiz Esa was given.
KFE should have been given the same treatment and ordered to follow the same rules as the rest of the people have to, why this special status?
He was allowed to address the court at his will, he insisted on addressing the court which could be contempt of court and he should have been removed by the bailiff on Honorable court's orders.
I am convinced more and more that Kazi Faiz Esa is a stooge and corrupt.
He implores the SC to follow the law and then he said his wife will not give documents to ANY government department instead, she will address the court directly.
He also said that his wife will not be able to give a written statement instead she will only address the court verbally.
Why can't his wife not hire a lawyer like he has done for himself?
Why can't she give a written statement? Lawyer can go to her home and make a statement for her.
How can she be heard in court unless she is a petitioner or a witness?
KFE also said that he is in the court to present his wife's point of view then why is it that
he can not give details of her accounts? This is called HEARSAY and not admissible in court.
If he believes that the government can transfer funds into his wife's account and then trap her then he DEFINITELY is an incompetent fool as he does not know how the electronic pr even regular transfers work!
Why didn't the government do that already??
Now I am not a lawyer just someone who knows a little bit of how things work.
I don't know how many people has he fooled and what role has he played over the years as a judge.
KFE is handling his assets case in the same manner as the Sharif family did for Panama Papers.

QFE case exposed the premier Judiciary in general and QFE in particular. Bench itself fighting the case on the behalf of Accused. The arguments of QFE are childish, it looks an office boy is giving statement.
