SPEAKER'S DECISION: HEARING In PROGRESS IN THE SCP

I am just reading ARY ticker on the ongoing today's hearing in the SCP on Speaker's ruling on PM disqualification.

First of all, Attorney General is giving the statement on behalf of PM and the Speaker, even though they have Aitzaz representing them. Shouldn't AG be supporting and helping the court?

Secondly AG is accusing the 7 members bench of the SCP which gave the original verdict against the PM. Something he did last week, resulting in chaos in the courtroom 1. He is back to his ugly practices again. And Law be hold our SCP is once again tolerating this abusive person. Should he be asked to do his duties and stop abusing the court and Judges? Shouldn't he be suspended from the court and his licence to practice Law withdrawn by the SCP for ridiculing the courts on regular basis. After all he is becoming a repeat offender. If he is not stop, he would do the worst, like PPP government, it wasn't stopped by the SCP look where it has brought us.

AG said, the Supreme Court doesn't have the right to implement the Article 63 (1) G, it is the duty of the Speaker and the ECP.

Munir Paracha is saying this matter should be sent back to the Speaker again by SCP. Now Speaker is officially above the SCP of Pakistan.
According to the arguments presented by Judas Aitzaz SCP has no jurisdictions over the decisions of Speaker. Long live Mirza and his corrupt wife.

Chief Justice told AG, the issues you are raising were neither were in the original decision of the Speaker or the appeal which is never been lodged.

AG: the SCP cannot oblige the PM to write the letter.
AG: the court said in the judgement PM could be disqualified. They shouldn't have given such judgement, and exceeded their authority.

Justice Khalji: you mean to say, the court has declared the PM ineligible?
CJ: You should only raise relevant points.
AG: You should give us in writing, what is relevant and what is not.
AG: if the Judges are angry, then they should adjourn until tomorrow.
Meaning this man is again doing exactly what he did on Friday in the Court room.

AG: I am not part of the appeal.
So why are you interfering and not doing what you suppose to do? To charge those who are exceeding their authority?
Justice Khawaja: You are raising points not raised in the judgement of the Speaker.

SCP is a chicken court. For their own reasons, they are afraid of the govt. May be the govt has materials on them to blackmail????
