Solution of Doctors` demands for Govt

Doctors are demanding more salary and Govt says that it is not possible because of lack of funds.
Doctors say that a magistrate, some other officers and politicians are getting more facilities. Few docs said the that their demand is not increase in their salaries.
Whereas I understood Doctors wants to be equal to the other officers which is understandable.
Because Govt does not have funds to increase the salaries of doctors which is understandable so the best solution is that take back extra facilities from all other officers, decrease their salaries and pays them equal to the doctors.
This way Govt will save the extra money being spent on facilities given to Govt officers and the doctors will be also satisfied.
When Govt officers and politicians will have simple life then public will be also satisfied.

Only These should be the Demands of Doctors....

Their Demands are totally unjustified...
keeping in view in the recent past their salaries has been increased many times... They have already getting more salary than a Grade 18 officer is getting in other departments...


Accepting their demands mean 22-27 Billion annual Budget which will keep on increasing every year.
Rather than wasting a big budget in accepting their demands.. this budget should be used in health reforms..

• New hospital should be made in the remote areas..
• New Medical officers should be inducted every year on regular basis..
• All new doctors should be given paid house Jobs and Paid training during residency..

and one more thing

• These doctors hand over the whole department to House Job officer and they are seldom find there. Generally the doctors in OPDs are just available from 9.30am to 12 am and during this time they have many tea breaks and Gupshup breaks.
• OPD Timings should be 9 am to 5 pm like other offices
• There should be strict system so that MO's, SMO's and other senior officers should complete their duty hours.
• and Government Doctors should not be allowed to do private practice.
• ​

Currently most of the patients are on the disposal of House Job and Trainees , who have alot of patients to do experimentation.. resulting in poor treatments..

This is WRONG:
1. Doctors demand direct induction in Grade 18 (so pay scale of grade 18 and job benefits of grade 18)
2. Doctors demand that Health Professional Allowance should be made equal to basic pay (about 60% increase in pay)
3. Doctors demand that stipends of postgraduate trainees should be increased to the level of medical officer.

EVERY SINGLE CONDITION IS ABOUT $$$$
This is the modified list - the original conditions included things like every 20th grade doctor should get 1000cc car with driver/ 21st grade doctor should get 1300cc car with driver/ free telephone/ free residence etc etc. Any sane Pakistani wishes that even other departments should not get things like free cars/ drivers/ utility bills and they want ALL the doctors above 20th grade to get them.
AGAIN ALL CONDITIONS ABOUT $$$$ AND BENEFITS

What they want is that all these losers should be considered equal to CSp and CSS without ever appearing in the competitive exams [because they can't compete with people they mock as uneducated]. Sorry but that is not going to happen.

The house officers in Sindh are getting Rs12,000 per month while those in the Punjab get Rs22,000. Postgraduate trainees in Sindh get Rs18,000 per month while they get Rs30,000 in the Punjab, he added.

Qaim Ali Shah said the monthly salary for house-job doctors was raised to Rs.18,000 from the previous Rs.12,000. The post-graduate doctors will now get Rs.22,000 instead of Rs.12,000. Similarly the rural incentives for doctors are also proposed that include Rs.6,000 for doctors from BS-17 to 18 while Rs.8,000 for BS-19 grade.

LAHORE: Punjab government has decided in principal to increase the salary package of doctors from July 1, and this would be fairly a decent and reasonable increase. The recommendations for the said increased salary package would be finalised by the mid of May, this year.

baki sooboon main demonstration nahi hosakta kioun ke provicial govt banda uthaa laieti hai aur boori main band miltey hai laash!!!!
karahci aur baluchistan specially cant hold demonstration, even CID special branch ppl snubbed me when i did took part in sindh demonstration once

House officers in sindh province are getting meagre salary of 12000 per month while house officers’ salary in both punjab and K.P provinces is 24000 per month. And also in the federal capital there is 24000 salary of house officers. This has been a serious issue over the years and there is no uniform policy countrywide. And medical postgraduates in sindh province are facing same discriminatory policy of government against doctors. These junior doctors are the cream of the talent of our society beyond any shadow of doubt and they work in the hospitals’ insecure and unhealthy environment but our successive governments have not made any uniform policy in terms of their stipends and salaries yet. And due to their meagre salaries many doctors have quited their own profession and swithed it over to other profitable professions and this is also the major cause of huge brain drain from our country in recent years. I would like to appeal health minister of sindh that kindly look into this genuine issue of house officers and medical postgraduate students of sindh province. And I also would like to request our prime minister of Pakistan that there is immediate need to make a uniform policy countrywide in the large interest of doctors for once and all; and hefty salary/stipends packages should be announced for house officers and post graduate medical students as post graduate medical students also support their families along with paying their exams fees.
