You do realize the Taliban are different from the past because of the agreement with the US? They have changed their old policies to get back into power otherwise the US and others would never give them foreign aid.
The old Taliban did indeed attack girls for going to school so you can't blame Malala for what she is saying. I know for sure that hardcore Islamists do not accept women going out to work, etc.
