So Paypal finally coming or just a glitch?

I just came across an online article about the availability of Paypal merchant account for Pakistan. This was surfaced around two months ago and was thought to be some glitch or a initial move from Paypal to offer its services in Pakistan. I have too checked this by going on the site and Pakistan is still available in the country list for merchant account.

Has someone got any news about this? I will be very much delighted even if it is only offered for merchant account as this will reduce the risk for Paypal which is a lot more in personal account. Getting registered and approved as a business is not as simple but will not be much of a problem for genuine businesses.

It's a glitch and around two months back, we contacted Paypal to seek their official statement. They confirmed that it's a glitch.
