Simple Summary of the Panama Decision

1- All allegations still need to be investigated. Nawaz and all other respondents HAVE NOT been in cleared in any case.

2- NAB chairman appears indifferent and unwilling to perform his part, since JIT will be constrained.

3- Seven days have been given to the heads of 6 institutions to nominate the names of nominees for the JIT for approval by the court.

4- Nawaz, Hussain and Hassan Nawaz would appear before the JIT if asked to.

4- The JIT will submit its periodical reports every two weeks before a supreme court bench.

5- Final report must be submitted with in 60 days.

6- Disqualification of Nawaz will be considered based on biweekly or final report.

It's over guys just accept it. The SC is a sell out expect the 2 Judges, maybe that is a drama too. JIT is useless. But At least now the SC is exposed. All the tall claims of the historic decisions were lies. Backdoor bargaining was going on.

A lot os people are involved in this corruption including establishment and they fear Imran Khan. The have a share in the looting and Plundering of the country. Only a genuine revolution can bring real change.

Enjoy another 5 years of looting and plundering.

NO new bench will be formed. It is only a small committee of Judges for monitoring and implementation of the order to make sure JIT is going in the right direction.
Noora's are NOT out of danger. And in Dr Shahid Masood comments "2 Judges think Nawaz is GUILTY and 3 judges think he is ACCUSED" . Accused mean it need further investigation.

Just read the first 200 pages of the judgement (available on the link below). Those have been authored by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, the next Chief Justice of Pakistan. He has stripped Mian Nawaz and his piglets naked. I'm still going through the rest of the pages but in summary, none of the judges have given any clean chit to Main Nawaz. Their observations are that prima facie, there is strong evidence that the first family does not have assets that conform with their sources of income. But these 3 judges want a JIT to investigate this further.

I do agree though that nothing will come out of JIT so Mian Nawaz will walk free. But the two senior most justices of Pakistan have shredded Mian Nawaz's shroud of innocence.

The judges have made a very wise decision, they totally screwed them. Two senior judges disqualifying pm and 3 saying go infront of JIT and the words are we order pm to go infront of JIT, the members of JIT are not even heads plus they took the power of all institutions in their hands that a special bench will monitor them, specific set of questions are to be asked only and after the submissions of report if the judges are not satisfied they will disqualify him.
They humiliated pm and taught him a lesson to respect institutions by going to them and answer to a grade 19 officer. They are showing the institution their powers that they can even summon pm in their office
They never gave him a clean chit so that opposition can destroy him
They didnt disqualified him today but also disqualified him their plan of danga fasad was ruined because of this decision they cant protest but they cant celebrate either pm is convicted. After 2 months when they will disqualify him they will not be able to say that we were not given a chance to prove ourselves.
Very very wise decision it will be remembered for centuries.

No new bench will form, the bench formed will be to moniter the functionality of the institutions biweakly reports will be submitted to the same bench and they will be the one to decide on disqualification
